La Premier Lounge - Hoyts Sylvia Park

Domain Productions reproduced this attractive stylised floral theme for the La Premier lounge at Hoyts luxury cinema in Sylvia Park. Made from laser cut stainless steel, mounted away from the wall and lit from below the background panels really do stand out in this first class facility. 

Precision Laser Cutting cut the panels, designed the hidden mounting and joining systems and helped install the finished product. We also designed and fabricated four 800 mm long by 80 mm diameter lamp surrounds for this project. The surrounds had intricate motifs laser cut into them to create light patterns and reflect the theme of the wall panels. 

Ducting

Using our design software we laser cut the flat panels and etched the fold lines onto the sheet. With our CNC pressbrake we folded the flat panels into shape and welded them up. This process would have taken the traditional tradesman many hours of measurement and calculation before hand cutting and hand folding.
